The West Central Mountains Creative District’s Artisans’ Tour in the Mountains (ATM) is an event held to promote artisans in the West Central Mountain area. The public is encouraged to tour artisan spaces to learn about their processes, ask questions, and support artisans by purchasing their products. The goal of this is to support and grow the creative community in the area.

1. ATM committee will plan for, promote, and provide promotional materials for the annual event. Promotional materials include site markers, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and wayfinding materials/signs.
2. ATM will provide site waivers, passports, and stamps.
3. Artisan will have space open during the hours of the event (10a.m.-6:00 p.m.) on the event dates (July 20 & 21, 2024) and be actively engaged in sharing your creative process with the public.
4. Artisan will provide wayfinding information to ATM and post site banner on the days of the event.
5. Artisan will help promote event with the materials provided.
6. Artisan will ensure a waiver is signed by customers upon arrival and passport is stamped.

This agreement is a guarantee of your commitment to participate in the event. This application must be received by April 1, 2024, to ensure your participation. If you withdraw from the event before April 10th, a refund will be issued less the transaction fee (approx. $1.75). Your refund will not be processed back to your credit card; instead, a check will be issued. If you withdraw from the event after April 10th, a refund will not be issued. Your name and location will remain on all promotional material and people may still show up at your advertised location. This may also negatively impact consideration of your participation in future events.
